HOW TO BOOK

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

To ensure an appointment, we recommend booking 3 months in advance as our schedule gets filled quite quickly.

Ceremony services are offered Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. All reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Reservations are made through our website and require prepayment upon booking. While we can provide availabilities over email, all guests will have to book online here. Appointments cannot be created without prepayment.

Please note a simple rough dry will be offered. in the Crown Opening Ceremony.

CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT

When making a reservation, a credit card will be required to secure your ceremony. If you need to make any changes to a reservation - whether cancelling, rescheduling, or changing what was booked, we kindly ask that you provide us at least 48hr notice via the website, email or phone.

Cancelled or rescheduled reservations with less than 48-hour notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you are sick, have had a recent exposure to COVID-19, or have an emergency situation (act of God or Goddess) please contact MAGE & MANE, and your account may be credited for a future reservation.

TARDINESS

Please note that MAGE & MANE cannot guarantee service for any guest that arrives more than 15min late.

We may try to provide a shortened session if possible; however, the customer will still be expected to pay the price of the original service. If no service can be accommodated to a late customer, MAGE & MANE reserves the right to keep 100% of the reservation fee.

NO SHOW

If a customer fails to show up to an appointment without any prior notice, MAGE & MANE will charge 100% of the intended reservation fee. Guests are responsible for keeping their appointment, regardless of whether or not a reminder message is received.
